THE FIRST FRENCH PHOTOGRAPHER TO BE CREDITED WITH THIS QUALIFICATION IN EUROPE

At the last competition of the European Photographic Federeation (F.E.P.)  in Brussels on the 10th and 11th of December 2005, a jury of 7 experts in photography gave 4 diplomas of Master Q.E.P. (Qualified European Photographer) and only one French photographer was credited for his work of 20 shots.
